  1. Order Processing

    • All orders placed with MedPins are processed within 12 hours after payment confirmation is received.

  2. Shipping Options

    • EXPRESS Shipping: Your order will be shipped quickly through our selected carriers (Correos/SEUR) and is normally delivered within 48–72 hours from the time the order is placed.

      Come pick up your order and experience MedPins in person! 🌟
      You can collect your order at no extra cost at Cafetería Duende Azul, our official in-person pickup point in Zaragoza ☕💙

      🕒 Hours: Monday to Saturday | 08:00–22:00

    • To arrange an in-person pickup, contact the MedPins team through our Instagram @medpins.es.
    • This option is ideal for customers who prefer to collect their order in person at no extra cost.

  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment status.

  4. Delivery Issues

    • If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve it.
