Return policy
- At MedPins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as established by Spanish law (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, RDL 1/2007).
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will request photos of the damaged product to assess the issue and process a refund or replacement, as appropriate.

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at sales@medpins.es with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless it's due to a MedPins error or a defective product.

Refunds
- Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

Changes
- We don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
